Wildlight is a non-profit freelancers cooperative delivering investigations and creative projects for NGOs through fieldwork, data analysis and storytelling. With an emphasis on empowering women, Wildlight works collaboratively with a global network of investigators, researchers, journalists, activists, photographers, artists and filmmakers on issues relating to social justice, environmental crime and animal welfare.

INVESTIGATIONS
Wildlight designs, implements and delivers hard-hitting investigations, often within challenging sectors and environments. We gather information and evidence using a range of strategies and technologies. Our teams have worked on a wide range of issues including illegal deforestation, slavery and IUU in the fishing sector, palm oil, plastics, industrial pollution, mineral extraction, intensive farming and the illegal wildlife trade.

Based on our investigative work, Wildlight also produces award-winning creative content. From photojournalism and filmmaking to immersive art installations, our roster of talented photographers, videographers and artists create powerful and ambitious works that illustrate the environmental and social challenges we face.
